BHD. has established a comprehensive Whistleblowing Policy to address workplace misconduct, enabling the team members and the public to report violations of conduct and/or integrity in a structured and secure manner. The policy ensures that the identity of whistleblowers is fully protected and treated with strict confidentiality.
Reports of misconduct, including financial misappropriation, corruption, fraud, or abuse of power involving staff, can be submitted using the designated complaint form.
Scope of Reporting
The Whistleblowing Policy covers the reporting of any misconduct or criminal offense, including but not limited to the following:
- Corruption and Fraud
- Criminal Offenses
- Misuse of Funds or Assets
- Serious Abuse of Power
- Financial Irregularities
- Safety or Environmental Risks
- Complicity in Misconduct

When making a report, please ensure the following details are included for effective evaluation:
- Name of the Offender
- Time of Incident
- Date of Incident
- Amount Involved
- Evidence
- Other Relevant Information
- Supporting Proof
Informer Protection
Whistleblowers are protected under this Policy, provided their disclosures are truthful and made in good faith. The Whistleblower Protection Act 2010 (Act 711) ensures the whistleblower’s identity is safeguarded and kept confidential. To qualify for protection, whistleblowers must submit their full identity and complete the required information using the designated form. Whistleblowers will be informed of the outcome of their disclosure.
However, Whistleblower Protection will be rendered void in the following cases:
- Participation in Misconduct
- False Statements
- Malicious Intent
- Incomplete or Unfounded Reports
- Trivial Disclosures
